About the Journal

Journal of Legal Studies and Researches (ISSN: 2437-1084 | E-ISSN: 2676-1688) is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed, and free-of-charge journal published bi-annually by Mohamed Boudiaf University – M’sila, Algeria through the Laboratory of Studies and Research in Law, Family and Administrative Development, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences. The journal publishes original and innovative research in Arabic, English, and French in fields such as law, family, administrative development, security studies, political science and international relations, public administration, Sharia and law, and administrative sciences.

The journal provides an academic platform for researchers and professionals to disseminate their original work, reflecting the latest developments in legal studies. It is available in both print and electronic formats, with the electronic version freely accessible. All works are published under the Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0) license to ensure global visibility and accessibility.

Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to serve as an expert reviewer for the Journal of Legal Studies and Researches. The double-blind review process constitutes a fundamental pillar in the selection, evaluation, and refinement of our publications. The review cycle occurs twice annually, during which each reviewer will be assigned approximately four (4) manuscripts for assessment.
