About the Journal

Journal of Legal Studies and Researches (JLSR) (Mağallaẗ al-dirāsāt wa al-buḥūṯ al-qānūniyaẗ) (ISSN: 2437-1084 | E-ISSN: 2676-1688) is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed, and free-of-charge journal published bi-annually by the University of M’sila, Algeria through the Laboratory of Studies and Research in Law, Family and Administrative Development, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences. The journal publishes original and innovative research in Arabic, English, and French in fields such as law, family, administrative development, security studies, political science and international relations, public administration, Sharia and law, and administrative sciences. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers and professionals to disseminate their original work, reflecting the latest developments in legal studies. It is available in both print and electronic formats, with the electronic version freely accessible.
