The Journal of Legal Studies and Researches (JLSR) requires contributors to provide their ORCID iD for inclusion in their articles, ensuring accurate author identification and enhancing research visibility.
ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) orcid.org is a non-profit initiative that assigns unique digital identifiers to researchers. These identifiers allow editors, publishers, funding agencies, and academic institutions to reliably distinguish between researchers, in the same way that ISSNs and DOIs uniquely identify journals and articles. This prevents confusion among scholars with similar names.
Researchers can register for an ORCID iD free of charge at orcid.org/register. The process is quick and provides a permanent identifier. Once registered, authors also gain access to a personal ORCID profile page where their academic activities and publications can be recorded and showcased.
