Keywords:
homosexuality, sexual deviance, social media platforms, promotion, crimeAbstract
The proliferation of promoting homosexuality and sexual deviance has become a significant threat to society, the family, and human nature. Given the abundance of local Facebook pages that attempt to disseminate and promote homosexuality and sexual deviance, blatantly disregarding all values, morals, and public order, this research aims to clarify the Algerian legislator's stance in confronting the phenomenon of promoting homosexuality and sexual deviance through social media platforms. It also includes a field study of the content addressed by Facebook groups and outlines the legal classification of the act.
