Urban Environmental Management in Algeria: A Legal Reading in Light of Modern Technological Transformations

The article examines the concept of urban environmental management and highlights the most important legal and institutional measures related to its management, while reviewing the most important smart technologies used in modernizing and developing urban environmental management and its implications for urban environmental management in Algeria, as an emerging experience in which all laws and regulations related to the environment have been digitized and electronic services have been provided through its website.
