Abstract

The study aims to analyze the aspect of media security according the new legislation 2023, He sought to recall practical practices that meet the proposals imposed by technology on the Algerian media from a digital context and AI, Control media openness in line with the state's view and value system, The study concluded that it is necessary to update legislation and open to modern technologies to achieve national media security.
