This study examines the extent to which teachers utilize creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility, and originality) during classroom instruction, alongside their use of strategies and questions derived from reading texts to enrich student thinking; the research sample consisted of eight teachers (four males and four females), utilizing audio recordings of classroom discussions, explanations, and feedback during a purposively selected reading lesson titled "Man and Light" from the third-grade curriculum across eight schools; these recordings were analyzed by monitoring teacher-student interactions, particularly the questioning following the reading process, and the results revealed a significant deficiency in the application of these skills, leading the researcher to provide a set of recommendations and suggestions.
