Copyright and Licensing Policy - El Omda Journal
Authors retain the copyright to their work while granting El Omda in Linguistics and Discourse Analysis the right of first publication. All authors are required to sign a Publishing Agreement for each article accepted for publication to secure the legal rights of both parties.
Licensing and Open Access:
The journal follows an Open Access policy. All articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This allows the public to read, download, and share the articles free of charge. The content may be reused and cited, provided that the original source (the journal) is properly credited and the materials are not used for commercial purposes.
Author Protection and Integrity:
The journal is committed to protecting the intellectual property of its authors. It strictly monitors any allegations of plagiarism, ethical disputes, or fraud to ensure the legal and ethical use of all published materials.
