Copyright Agreement - El Omda in Linguistics and Discourse Analysis
This agreement applies to all articles and research papers submitted for publication in El Omda in Linguistics and Discourse Analysis, published by Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila.
1. Ownership of Copyright
Authors retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to their scholarly work published in the journal without any restrictions.
2. Licensing and Open Access
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to copy, distribute, and build upon the work, provided the original authors and the journal are properly cited as the primary place of publication.
3. Rights Granted to the Journal
Authors grant El Omda Journal a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the article in its final format via the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform (ASJP), the official university website, and international indexing databases, ensuring maximum global reach.
4. Self-Archiving Policy
The journal encourages authors to self-archive their work (Publisher’s PDF version) in institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia) to enhance citation rates and ensure long-term digital preservation.
5. Ethical Declarations and Responsibility
- The author declares that the manuscript is an entirely original work and has not been previously published in print or digital format.
- The author confirms that the research is not under consideration by any other publication concurrently.
- The author guarantees that the work is free from any form of plagiarism or data manipulation.
- Mandatory disclosure of any conflicts of interest or funding sources related to the research.
