Abstract

Education is an interdisciplinary field encompassing psychology, sociology, anthropology, philosophy, and other sciences, producing diverse methodologies tailored to the issues and problems it addresses; these challenges consistently require an exceptional teacher, as the quality and effectiveness of education depend on their competence—making them the primary pillar in developing the educational process—and since the success of any educational system relies primarily on the level of teacher preparation and the quality of training provided to empower them to perform their profession in a manner consistent with modern requirements and to translate societal goals into tangible reality, this article is divided into a section discussing the ideal standards for what a teacher should be—an aspiration we hope to achieve—and another section addressing the practical reality of teacher preparation, with the aim of overcoming its current difficulties and challenges.
