Abstract

 A primitive, ignorant Arab society does not know writing or reading like the pre-Islamic society, so that the oral report is the most important means of it. On a number of texts and clues that show the atmosphere of the oral report, its most important components and elements, and how its methods were that made the Arabs after that time turn towards blogging and its forms, as well as their influence on those who had preceded them from neighboring nations.
