Abstract

 Abstrat : The Arabas paid particular attention aiming to preserve their language through giving all the interest to dictionaries considered a reservoir for each language to preserve its identity and continuity. Therefore, language dictionaries vary between word dictionaries and thematic dictionaries, which are the subject of our study, because of the far-reaching contributions they have made to our linguistic heritage. Thematic classification has gone through many stages through which several types of tabulation and composition have been experienced. This theoretical and practical framework in classification in our Arabic heritage founded the linguistic lexicography of modern linguistics, which constituted important inputs to applied linguistics at the semantic level.
