Abstract

Technological media is a fundamental factor in the development of education in its various stages, for its great contribution to improving the quality of education, but if we use it well in a perfect way. This article aims to detect the uses of Technological Multimedia in the educational field for know the effect of these Multimedia use on the teaching and learning the Arabic language, and its role in achieve the linguistic competencies of the learner in the pre-university education sector.
The most important results of this article is that technological multimedia has a great role in acquiring linguistic knowledge for the learner in linguistic communication. He will be able to formulate sentences correctly and employ its in contexts with high skill, with fixation speed and retrieval of the acquired information in the reality.
Using the descriptive approach, the article reached a basic conclusion that modern technological media can create intellectual and linguistic wealth for learners, direct their behavior positively to achieve psychological and social balance, and build a new humanity mind capable of solving sudden problems and dealing with the various crises for the new social and civilizational structure.
