Abstract: There is no doubt that congnitive linguistics, such as linguistic research, was based on the ruins of the previous linguistic currents. Metaphor represents the analogy of the deletion of the newest terminals as a metaphor, thus increasing the power and beauty of this traditional concept. This concept soon changed with the emergence of congnitive linguistic theories, such as the conceptual metaphor theory and the theory of conceptual blending. Rafani with experimental and objective dimensions and realistic experiences of humanity, so we will try through this paper to stand on the new face of metaphor in the light of congnitive theory, and the importance of manifestation in the construction and production of literary discourse, how will the congnitive perception of metaphor? What are the congnitive linguistic theories that dealt with metaphorical formation? Is it possible for the metaphorical congnitive perception to find him in the Arab linguistic heritage ?.
