Abstract

The creator of the people is associated with that
creativity or that simple and sometimes naive spontaneous
knowledge, but without flattening, with its wealth of strength and
sincerity. Creativity that penetrates deep into human history,
touches the reality of groups and peoples, expressing their hopes,
pains, and dreams, and reflects the reality of their popular human
being from himself and his group. The popular creator, in addition
to the weight of his creativity accumulated by the interests of his
popular class, bears another psychological burden that is not
recognized at the levels of politics, culture and society. He is biased
in the prevalence of the ruler and the ruled towards the culture of
the public, and therefore he is despised and marginalized despite his
innovations being kept up with many cultural seasons and nodal
rituals.
