Urban life, with its services and privileges, for its residents, especially modern-day cities, is the knowledge of smart cities that are based on the use of information and communication technology technologies in managing and providing their services as a name for what scientific knowledge provides, which combined between what is virtual digital and what is realistic and tangible lived in the form of smart cities, but despite All development, but many cities of developing countries are witnessing manifestations of delay, injustice and underdevelopment, as a result of the loss of a sound planning policy; As well as many crises Cities are a non-stop workshop; According to the patchwork policy, it is surrounded by marginal neighborhoods; With the high rate of population density, there are successful Arab experiences that have taken upon themselves to improve the quality of life in the city and have established smart sustainable cities, including Smart Dubai and the sustainable Masdar City Abu Dhabi, to become an example in the field of sustainable smart city engineering
