The article addressed the issue of the distinction between political and religious, in accordance with an analytical approach, in which it addressed the statement of the comprehensiveness of religion in its general sense and the refrain ing from the absolute separation between it and the politician from this side, other than the relative separation of the job if necessary and the interest of it, such as the separation of the imamin in prayer in the old prayer from the administrative imamate because it is the distribution of roles. The aim is to show that a relative distinction between political and purely religious, while the politician remains subject to the principles of sharia, other than secular, anti-sharia apartheid, which is forbidden. And the separation of its concerns in some is an emergency issue of jurisprudence in consideration of time and interest.
