Abstract

Among the organizational indicators on which the success of teamwork in a moderns organizations depends, and it is closely related to it, is the presence of a competent supervisor who coordinates the efforts of the workers and directs them technically / humanly towards the established goals. Therefore, we find that the supervisory process receives a great attention from those interested and researchers In organizational thinking on the one hand, and on the part of the owners of organizations and decision-makers on the other hand, Because it has a clear role - as confirmed by the results of many scientific studies - in maintaining a cohesion of a group, as well as maintaining the health and safety of the human resource psychologically / socially and Physically through the psychological / social / technical tasks and roles performed by the supervisor, which mainly focus on facing both the problems of work and workers.
