Abstract

The world todays suffers from many crisis that threaten the stability and survival of organizations , and have caused unwanted situations. In light of the effects of these crises, the importance of institutional communication appears as a new administrative function that provides a framework for the effective coordination of all internal and external communications of the organization, whose success depends on the availability of communication strategies that can contribute to a large scale in the crisis management effectively especially when suddenly many crises occurs at the same time threatening the image and reputation of the organization. . This is what made contemporary organizations interested in providing institutional communication strategies to face these crises.
And from the point this research paper came to highlight the most important and most used communication strategies in crisis management ,and it become an absolute necessity in these times and imposed itself in all organization regardless of their various types and activities .
