Abstract

dimensions of organizational loyalty that are formed by workers towards Sanoubar Corporation،The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the use of the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The study tool included the organizational loyalty scale developed by Porter and his colleagues, which contains (15) items, to identify the availability of types of organizational loyalty from the point of view of subordinate workers, The study tool included a measure of resistance to organizational change, which includes (21) items, which were developed to measure the level of workers' resistance to organizational change that the institution seeks to implement, and this tool was applied to a simple random sample of (60) individuals. The researchers also used many statistical methods based on the statistical packages program (SPSS), and the study concluded : There is a correlation between the dimension of organizational loyalty and resistance to organizational change.
