Abstract

The phonetic level is represented in sound phenomena such as intonation, stress, and repetition. It should be noted that the Arabic language, with its phonetic variations, has been the subject of extensive studies by linguists and scholars of Quranic recitations. Speech sounds surround us from every direction; humans connect with one another when singing or composing poetry by using sounds. Sound is as essential to life as air, water, and food, and its importance lies in representing the scientific aspect of language, providing a shared means of communication between humans regardless of their level of education or cultural knowledge.
