Abstract

The higher education sector in Algeria has witnessed a radical trend towards the idea of a fourth-generation university, and to achieve this qualitative leap, the Ministry has adopted a strategy to strengthen the digital space through the launch of more than 73 digital platforms related to the policy of governance, pedagogy, collective life and services. All this is in order to achieve the transition from the classical style to hybrid education. By supporting the pedagogical interaction of digital resources and in-person content. In addition, the requirements of e-learning and artificial intelligence are integrated into training and scientific research. This revolution has also shifted to the need to update and update training offerings to match digital skills and the needs of the labor market. Subsequently, the Ministry approved a series of periodic training to ensure the quality of training.
