Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'sila. To achieve the objectives of this descriptive study, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A random sample of 46 faculty members was selected, and the study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology. After presenting the methodological procedures, analyzing the statistical data, and interpreting the results, the findings revealed no statistically significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among faculty members at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University.
The study also concluded that the levels of both organizational climate and job satisfaction were high among the faculty members. Furthermore, the study recommended several strategies to improve the organizational climate and enhance job satisfaction. These include strengthening communication channels between administration and faculty, providing administrative support, and improving the work environment to make it more comfortable, healthy, and safe. It also called for developing training programs for university leadership and offering incentives and benefits that contribute to raising job satisfaction levels. These efforts aim to foster a positive organizational climate that supports academic performance and enhances the university's outcomes.
