Abstract

The current study aims to identify the counseling skills used by school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in modifying school bullying behavior among students, and the study was determined by the descriptive and exploratory method, where a questionnaire was prepared on the counseling skills used by counselors in dealing with school bullying behavior, and the sample was selected in a simple random manner consisting of (67) male and female counselors practicing their duties in the city of Aghouat, and the results of the study found The results of the study found that the individual counseling skill is considered the most used in modifying school bullying behavior, and that there are no differences in the counseling skills most used by school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors to modify bullying behavior among students due to the gender variable, while there are differences in the counseling skills most used by school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors to modify bullying behavior among students due to the scientific specialization variable.
