Cultural security and the problem of identity approaches in Algeria

Abstract

The problematic issue of this research paper focused on cultural security and its relation to identity approaches in Algeria, which often occur during periods of political crises in particular. This confirms the need to address this problem in order to know the possibility of achieving cultural safety and social cohesion between individuals. Methodological rigor necessitated the identification of concepts: cultural security, identity and identity approaches in an attempt to discover how to abandon identity approaches and their ideological contexts and to reach a certain level of cultural security in Algeria Without the significations of closure or exclusion, and at the same time having the capacity to compete with others, conclude that this can only be achieved by adopting an educational policy producing human capital integrated into its local culture and competing with the world culture. La question problématique de ce document de recherche portait sur la sécurité culturelle et ses relations avec les approches identitaires en Algérie, qui émergent lors de périodes de crises politiques en particulier, et cela confirme la nécessité de soulever ce problème afin de savoir s'il est possible d'atteindre une sécurité culturelle et une cohésion sociale entre les individus, La rigueur méthodologique a nécessité l'identification des concepts suivants: la sécurité culturelle, l'identité, les approches identitaires. Pour tenter de révéler comment atteindre un certain niveau de sécurité culturelle en Algérie, après avoir abandonné ces approches et ces arrière-plans idéologiques, sans porter le sens de fermeture ou d'exclusion, et en même temps avoir la capacité de rivaliser avec l'autre, conclure que cela peut être réalisé après l'adoption d’une politique éducative produisant du capital humain intégré à la culture locale et en concurrence avec la culture globale.
