This research deals with the efforts of one of the prominent scholars of the Maghreb school in the field of drawing up the Holy Qur’an, this science that has established its market and flourished at the hands of the leaders of the scholars of our Maghreb school with all its scientific cities that brought together Kairouan, Algeria, and the metropolis of Fez. He is the scholar Abdul Wahid bin Ashir, the jurist and reciter, This research paper was devoted to achieving goals, perhaps the most prominent of which is to explain the scientific addition that distinguished his explanation of the resource compared to the previous compositions. He adopted the inductive and analytical method to trace his opinions, whether they were deductions, performative choices, or directives to the phenomena of Ottoman painting, and then analyze them. And comparing it with the sources of the resource, such as the sayings of Suleiman Ibn Najah, and Al-Balansi in his Munsif, The research has achieved results including: Explaining the personality of this distinguished and distinguished person, far from the arena of jurisprudence in which he was known and famous, and comparing his choices with issues that were previously worked on, all of which is explained within the pages of this research.
