Abstract

The current study aims to identify the reality of the formation of school guidance and counseling counselor in the school guidance center in M’sila, in addition to identifying the differences between the sample members due to the variable of experience and gender variable, the study sample consisted of 35 consultants and consultants to the original research community which reached 39 male and female advisors. .and to achieve The objectives of the study were
Relying on a tool represented in a questionnaire using the descriptive method, and after statistical treatment by (spss), the following main results were reached:
-School guidance and counseling counselor qualified in the field of guidance.
-A school guidance and counseling advisor is qualified in the field of psychological testing.
-There are no differences between the study sample members in the reality of their composition from their point of view due to the variable of experience.
-There are no statistically significant differences between the study sample members in the reality of their composition from their point of view due to the gender variable.
