Abstract

In this research, we tried to integrate the Algerian proverb as a cultural object, around different themes of daily life. the Algerian proverb represents a way of access to interculturality and would make it possible to design a teaching-learning according to an intercultural perspective.

In fact, our work is based on an analytical study, from a corpus of Arabic proverbs translated into French from two different cultural universes: Algerian language-culture and French language-culture.  It is therefore a question of going from the singular to the universal, to allow stakeholders to establish bridges and open up a space for exchanges between these cultures for mutual enrichment.
