The purpose of this study, is to try to treat and discover the subject of the reality of organizational conflict from a sociological and analytical perspective in the Algerian establishment. - the skikda port company (E-p-s) This study. to determine sociocultural characteristics and psychological features of the employees.

In this sence. we have divided this study in two -02- parts theoretical and practical،in the theoretical part. we tried to explain the theory of the study in a general way and what it can include as problems and hypotheses-the importance and objectif of study. as the identification of concepts of the study and other previous studies. as the end of the theoretical part, we have- been presented such as the principles and ideas of the sociological approach.
In the practical part of the study. we have tried to follow a methodological strategy with integrated goal in order to establish a real and effective diagnosis of the study in the Algerian local establishment for this we have took the skikda port company (E-P-S) as subject of the study.
In This context we use the methodological strategy involves several procedures in our study we opted for the descriptive Methode by choosing a random class sample which included 27 members and a %30 of the community of study our study is also based upon the form of the community of study, our study is also based upon the form an essential. tool for collecting data in the field and it is considered a tool for fragmentation and analysis in scientific research. add to that the analysis and explanation of the data found in the field and their decryption from, previous studies
At the end. of our study, we presented some problems and recommendations that were raised. by the study of the sociocultural characteristics and psychological of domains from one organization and its relation with organizational conflict.
