Abstract

The progress of nations and their social and economic development has become dependent on the development taking place in the level of education, especially higher and university education and its outputs, awareness, as it is considered the main indicator of comprehensive development through better investment in human energies and their direction. And what the results of scientific and technical research yield in finding solutions to the various major challenges facing society and the university as a social and educational institution, so it works to achieve the principle of training and effective education for students, as it is affected by a large number of factors, including in particular the scientific, specialized and educational training of faculty members And their ability to deliver information theoretically and practically, and this requires a flexible and purposeful method of teachin.

Despite the diversity of teaching methods, its quality and modernity are the main criterion for the success of the outputs of higher education. The faculty member has become required today to keep pace with new requirements and needs in his interaction with learners and to ensure theoretical and practical achievement that is consistent with the desired goals. From this standpoint, we will try to limp. In this intervention on the quality of university performance by addressing the new methods of teaching, which ensure the greatest amount of knowledge and response between the teacher and the learner.

Information and communication technology has imposed its applications in various fields, and its use has become an inevitable necessity for the development of the higher education sector. Recently, we notice the sector's tendency to rely on it in teaching mechanisms, as well as in communication between the learner, the teacher, and the institution. Especially the Ministry's reliance on the distance education method.

The aim of using information technology is to increase the quality of education by publishing academic courses on websites, and also facilitating research and information methods for students, in addition to promoting self-education and training based on the use of these technologies and interaction via digital platforms. The use of these means has become inevitable, especially with the rapid and successive developments in the field of e-learning and distance learning technologies
