Features of organizational conflict among primary school workers

Abstract

This study aimed at examining the practice of business in the first stage of education in the intermediate stage, due to small and medium enterprises in schools and their threat; The study relied on the study, the study sample, a random sample from the study (53), and the study relied on a ready sample on (46) cooperation, courtesy, competition, compromise, avoidance, for a higher level), and the study reached the following results:

- The educational supervisors practice the organizational part of the organization.

- The educational supervisors practice the training method to a low degree.

- Educational supervisors practice courtesy in a low degree.

- Educational supervisors practice their method to a low degree.

- Educational supervisors practice the leveling method to a low degree.

- The educational supervisors practice the low avoidance method.

- That the educational supervisors practice the method of referral to a higher-level lower level.

Based on these results, the study suggested the following:

Conducting studies on the practice of advisory and educational actors

- Involving administrative and educational actors in training courses to develop administrative competencies for school conflicts.

- Invite the Ministry of National Education to pay attention to the organizational conflict in school work environments.
