Abstract

The school guidance is considered one of the most important services that keep pace with the educational process in all its stages. That is why the modern school used it to achieve psychological, social and educational compatibility for teachers, by providing the appropriate academic atmosphere as well as helping them achieves their school project, and bringing them to the maximum growth demands. 

The guidance process encounters many obstacles, and this is what the current study aims at by monitoring the obstacles to the guidance process, and indicating the most common obstacles. Axes and its application to a sample of school and vocational guidance counselors in the middle and high schools of the state of M'sila.

The study reached the following results:

1-         There are administrative obstacles that impede the proper school guidance.

2-         There are obstacles related to the counselor that impede proper school guidance.

3-         There are obstacles related to parents that impede proper school guidance.

4-         There are obstacles related to students that impede proper school guidance.

5-         There are obstacles related to teachers that impede proper school guidance.

6-         There are legislative obstacles that impede proper school guidance.
