Abstract

mart organizations today attract a qualified workforce by providing a safe work environment free from the various risks that cause organizational losses, whether for the individual or the organization, as the spread of job fear is not only related to physical risks such as work

  accidents, but also related to the various relationships within the work environment and communication patterns within it, so when the sense of dissatisfaction and fear of expression prevails in the professional environment, what is known as organizational silence spreads, which constitutes one of the professional obstacles that stand in the way of reaching outstanding performance, so this study aimed to highlight the psychological and social effects resulting from this behavior within the work environment. In this study, we addressed the concept of mental health as a basic requirement for achieving leadership and success in the world of work, as well as work environments and all the psychological and social risks within them, to address the phenomenon of organizational silence and its effects on the worker and management, and finally present a set of proposals as an attempt to give an idea on how to create a work environment free from the obstacles that cause the emergence of such behaviors.
