Organizational culture and its relationship to total quality management for the university professor College of Humanities and Social Sciences University Msila

The current study aims to study the relationship between organizational culture and total quality management in higher education for the university professor, in the context of focusing on transformations in higher education. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Mohamed Boudiaf Al-M'sila University. Where the descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire was distributed to 45 professors and 38 questionnaires were retrieved. The data was processed by the statistical package of social sciences spss22 and the following results were reached:
There is a correlation between values and overall quality management in higher education for the university professor
There is a correlation between the organizational structure and total quality management in higher education for the university professor
There is a correlation between information systems and total quality management in higher education for the university professor
According to the results reached, a number of suggestions were developed, the most important of which are: Focus on administrative leadership in order to achieve the university's goals, achieve the expected outcomes, and build human relationships.
Providing financial support and incentives for teachers to achieve university goals.
- Trying to motivate teachers and pay more attention to them to increase their giving.
- Paying more attention to modern approaches to achieving comprehensive quality.
Working as a team with the aim of addressing weaknesses and developing more positive points in order to achieve excellence.
- Continuous improvement in university inputs and the educational process to obtain the best inputs.
