Abstract

In light of the rapid developments in technology and knowledge, it has become an urgent necessity to focus on the quality system in kindergartens. These institutions lay the fundamental educational foundations for children, relying primarily on promoting a culture of quality as a strategic choice to enhance educational performance and improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. This study aims to explore the concept of quality culture in kindergartens, identify the requirements for its implementation, and highlight the socio-cultural obstacles and challenges associated with its dissemination. Through an analytical review of the literature on quality culture in educational institutions in general and in kindergartens in particular, this research focuses on analyzing the barriers and requirements related to implementing a quality culture in kindergartens. The goal is to understand the challenges faced by educational institutions in the context of early childhood education while considering the prevailing cultural values and social conditions that directly influence the dissemination of this culture in kindergarten settings.
