Within this framework, the present study seeks to uncover the argumentative connectors in Surat ad-Dukhan through a pragmatic approach that highlights the functions of these connectors in shaping a unified argumentative path. The research focuses on identifying the linking tools—such as fa (then), lākinna (but), thumma (after that), inna (indeed), etc.—and then analyzes their pragmatic roles.
