Abstract
The study aims to identify the social transformations that have occurred following the use of social networks by the public and more precisely the Facebook network, based on a sample composed of (470) individuals made up of high school students (Schooled Teenagers) from the town of M'sila in Algeria based on the descriptive approach, the questionnaire and the interview based on the hypotheses of (Uses and Gratifications Theory) in an attempt to observe the different uses of Facebook and the satisfactions obtained as well as the most important sociological transformations of this use in light of the increase in the average use of Facebook by individuals to satisfy different desires/needs (social, psychological, entertainment, …).
