Abstract

The organizationalsense opens severalpathways of thought and carries organizationalfairnesswithitsdifferentstandars and dimensions. That iswhatfix the diversity of itstheoretical trends which have differentappraocheswith the sameaims to achieve the internalintegration or psychologicalresponse of the worker and hecommitteshistasksassignedat a workplacethroughdesigningmechanismsorganizational control to achieve social and professionalstability for the workerespecially and to balance the organizational reality in general.
The puropse of thesereasearch points which are originally stem from the internal position which has shaped the Algerian organizational structure is to search for effective ‎criteria.
The development of functionalcommitment to establish the culture of organizationalsimilarityensuresproceduralfairness , distributive fairness and interactionalfairnesswithin the control system.
