Abstract

This article identifies the importance of the quality of the the required therapeutic relationship; as well as the transfer mechanism, That is to say, taking into account the relationship] therapist-client [in its psychic and somatic aspects So that the client can complete his inhibitory conflict during a stage of his childhood or as a parental trait.
Beyond psychotherapy, the model of the therapeutic process based on the transfer-centered approach (P.F.T) according to the theory of American psychiatrist Otto Friedmann Kernberg; profound influence on the field of the transferential and therapeutic approach for the change of psychic well-being from all sides; emotional, cognitive and behavioral.
