Abstract

The endowment is an economic artery, an investment sector, and a source of solidarity and charitable work. Because it played a great role in the lives of Muslims, and contributed to the stability of their social and economic conditions, and the fruitful charitable works. Therefore, it was one of the greatest goals for which programs and laws were written, and this research paper comes from the point of contribution and scientific enrichment, and in order to advance the endowment sector in Algeria after he knew many legislative transformations, and the jurisprudential theories that made him tend to introduce many modern formulas in investment Endowments, and trying to develop contemporary methods that increase its resources and promote it in all its aspects in modern ways; All of this within the framework of jurisprudential readings and Sharia controls followed in that descriptive, analytical and comparative approach, and among the results of this research is that the endowment experiment in Algeria depends on the old methods, and is dominated by the real estate rental formula, and in order for the endowment sector to rise, we came out with some recommendations, to consolidate the relationship between the bank and the Ministry of Endowments Exemption Tax as Reward Introducing contemporary formulas to develop endowment investment.
