Abstract

The evaluation is integrated into all areas, education system, university and other. In education, the era of knowledge control is no longer a guarantee of a quality "product" into the new approach which favors the so-called evaluation of the skills acquired in the learning process. Evaluation in the competency-based approach focuses not only on the result but on the learning process and the capacity of resources. To achieve this objective, each university teacher must use evaluation instruments by choosing simulated situations, problem situations or case studies aiming to assess the personal development of each student and his ability to mobilize his resources. In our research, we adopted the descriptive analytical method by developing a questionnaire that we submitted to the experts for approval, a questionnaire that has two axes: 1- the evaluation of the exams by the skills approach. 2- the design examinations in relation to the development of the student. After analyzing the responses to the questionnaire, the results are as follows: Of the 40 teachers who responded objectively, As requested.
