Abstract

This study aimed to know the level of practice of classroom management skills according to the active learning requirements of primary school teachers in selected schools in the city of M'sila, as well as to reveal statistically significant differences in the level of practice. according to the two variables (gender and style of training) Application of a questionnaire composed of (39) items after verification of its psychometric properties on a sample of (134) male and female teachers.
The study concluded that the level of practice of classroom management skills according to the requirements of active learning was average for the study sample, with statistically significant differences in the study sample due to the training style variable, in favor of the category of higher education graduates. schools for teachers, and there were no statistically significant differences in the level of practice of classroom management skills. According to the active learning requirements of the study sample due to the gender variable. The study concluded a number of proposals in light of the results.
