The Conformity degree of Pedagogical Accompaniment to Higher Education Quality Outputs (A Field study On Psychology Professors at M'sila University)

This study aimed to identify The conformity degree of pedagogical accompaniment to quality outputs of higher education. In order to achieve its objectives, the descriptive method was used, and a questionnaire was developed consisting of (34) items distributed in four domains (knowledge outputs, psychosocial outputs, professional outputs, cultural outputs). Applied at a sample of (46) psychology professors at Msila university DUE to the small size of research community, they were selected by a comprehensive inventory method, in the first semester of academic year 2019/2020. data was analyzed by using the statistical packages program (spss), the result indicated that:
- The conformity degree of pedagogical accompaniment to higher education quality outputs is medium.
- The conformity degree of pedagogical accompaniment to higher education quality cognitive outputs is medium.
- The conformity degree of pedagogical accompaniment to higher education quality psychosocial outputs is medium.
- The conformity degree of pedagogical accompaniment to higher education quality professional outputs is medium.
- The conformity degree of pedagogical accompaniment to higher education quality cultural outputs is medium.
The study recommended the need to give more importance to pedagogical accompaniment at various levels, starting from universities, colleges and departments, and considering it an integral part of the university educational process. In addition to holding seminars to sensitize students to the importance of pedagogical accompaniment, especially for new ones. It also recommended establish a close relationship between university and socio-economic environment, by developing all possible interactions between them, and developing mechanisms to adapt steady growth of profession.
