Abstract

The study deals with the openness of the short story to literary genres, and the evocation of the absent text in the collection of short stories “The Neighing of Perplexity” (Lajlawji) from poetry, maqamat, and the essay... until it became an encyclopedic text that does not recognize the boundaries between genres.
