About the Journal
The Journal of Applied Linguistics (JAPL) is an international, peer‑reviewed academic journal published by University of M’sila – Algeria. The journal focuses on research in the field of applied linguistics, including areas such as language teaching and learning, second language acquisition, sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, curriculum and assessment, multilingualism, language policy, translation studies, and other related disciplines. It publishes original and high‑quality research articles written in Arabic, English, and French. The journal aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in applied linguistics, to foster scholarly exchange among researchers, and to support evidence‑based practices in language education and research.
