Abstract : The modern analytical approaches have contributed to approaching literary texts in a radically different way than what was prevailing before. While contextual approaches used to examine texts based on their environment, society, and author, modern approaches seek to read the text in a structural manner, detached from its author. They aim to approach the text based on its language and structure, disregarding what lies outside the text. While some scholars may doubt the success and effectiveness of these approaches in approaching texts and the difficulty of implementing them, serious attempts have proven that their application is indeed possible. While studying a text independently from its author remains a distant goal, the application of these approaches has yielded fruitful results that encourage further implementation. In our endeavor to embody this vision and attempt to prove the effectiveness of the semiotic approach, which falls within the core of structural methodologies, we will try within this article to explore the key levels of semiotic analysis, accompanied by a practical implementation of this approach
