Dreams nature and the mental organization among men with insuline dependant diabetes

Abstract

The present empirical study aims at. discovering the quality of the dream according to the mental organization made by males suffering from diabetes depending on insulin through the psychosimatic theory of (Pierre Marty) and the psychosomatic economy of the individual in setting the disease and its complucations.the symtome in desease is exploined by the psychosomatic economy.and to consider that the dream is one of the best ways that allaws indentifing the psychological appartus and mental organization of the diabetes category througt the curent resrearch we will try reveal its nature.in order encorage integration between the medical and psychological aspects ,oder to archive  good guarente for the diabetes  patient To reach the study objectives, we'vr adopted the case study in the clinical method framework. Besides, we’vr selected the clinical interview, two projective tests; the Rorschach and the TAT as tools of the research. The study resulted into the following:

 Throughout applying the three techniques on our sample group, fiv men with diabetes type 1 we noticed an absence of the oniric life which means disabling to the imagination function. Thus, the ream quality of the research sample group was of a bad quality That was shown in through the weak projective production and the dominion of inhibition as a defense mechanism. Moreover, it clarified the vulnerability of inactive defense mechanisms.

In conclusion, diabetes is a cycosum disease that requires medical care and care. Psychological and even social, as endorsed by the Martia theory about the need to view the patient as a sycosum unit, and to pay attention to his mental organization.
