There is no doubt that stress is part of our daily lives, whether this stress is a minor inconvenience or a heavy personal or professional burden that extends over weeks, months, or even years. But the sure thing is that only a small part of life is what happens to you, and the biggest part of your life is how you deal with what happens to you.
