Abstract

There is no doubt that stress is part of our daily lives, whether this stress is a minor inconvenience or a heavy personal or professional burden that extends over weeks, months, or even years. But the sure thing is that only a small part of life is what happens to you, and the biggest part of your life is how you deal with what happens to you. This principle also applies to work stress, as it is unavoidable, so how you react to it is very important to a happier and more positive life. Browse on the Opportunity website. Of course, every job has stressful tasks and elements, even if you love what you do. You may experience short term stress. But when work stress becomes chronic and long-term, it can be debilitating and harmful to physical and mental health. And Jamal Abdel-Fattah Al-Assaf, and the statistical treatment was done in the statistical program for social sciences, and the results resulted in the following: the high level of pressure, and the inverse relationship between work pressure and emotional intelligence among Algerian executives.
