Abstract

Training engineering takes the form of an organized plan that begins with an analysis of training needs, and takes three main steps: the design, implementation, and evaluation of the training program. Training in the contemporary time has gone beyond the traditional goals of the field of work, and has become aimed at encouraging creativity and innovation within the organization, taking into account the system of globalization and digital technology, as well as taking into account the values ​​that promote individuals' perceptions and behavior in the field of work.

The current study is based on training as an engineering that goes beyond the stereotypes and mechanism in refining the skills of individuals, training that takes into account the psychological and value aspects of individuals, and the study concluded that training on a psychological basis that takes into account the individual's personality and values ​​would effectively meet the formative needs, whether towards the individual or towards the organization, where It is necessary to take different measures to review our training systems in managing human resources according to the logic of globalization. Engineering training according to the psychological reference and the value system would provide large investments in the field of training. Therefore, our institutions must plan formative systems that take into account the psychological and values ​​aspect in society so that the latter can Catching up with developed societies.

It is mentioned that approaches that take into account the psychological dimensions in training and human resource development would achieve the goals of the institution and the development of production, and that work is no longer considered automatically in the development of performance of individuals, which must take care of the dimensions of personality and values ​​to advance the level of formation of individuals to achieve goals to the fullest extent Maybe.
