To achieve the goals of the study, a measure was used to measure Hardiness Psychlogical and a multifaceted scale to measure Hypochondria. As they were applied to a Exploratory sample, this Exploratory study resulted in the suitability of the two scales for study purposes, and they enjoyed acceptable stability and validity sample. In the basic study based on the descriptive approach, the study was applied to a random sample of secondary education teachers, amounting to 138 professors. The study yielded the following results:
-There is a statistically significant correlation between Hardiness Psychlogical and Hypochondria in the study sample.
- There was no effect of the interaction between Hardiness Psychlogical (high - low) and gender (male - female) on Hypochondria in the study sample.
The study concluded that there is a role for psychological rigidity in reducing the level of cycosum disorders in general and the delusion of the disease in particular in a sample of secondary school teachers, and therefore there is a need for further work on the development and design of preventive and therapeutic strategies to reduce the cycosum disorders to which the professor is exposed because of the serious consequences it has on his mental and physical health and therefore on the entire academic process. It also designs preventive and therapeutic training programs based on the dimensions of psychological rigidity of the class of professors to reduce the level of cycosum disorders.
