Abstract

The current study sought to define the process of Standardization in psychological and educational tests and define its objectives. And clarify its steps from analyzing the test items and verifying its psychometric properties of validity and reliability. It also sought to clarify the methodological errors related to the process of codifying psychological and educational tests. And the differences between the legalization of psychological testing and educational testing. And it concluded by giving some suggested solutions to improve the legalization process for psychological and educational testing, represented in: Encouraging the researcher to have the skill of deleting weak paragraphs from the measurement tool. Extracting the discriminatory power of the paragraphs, whether the test is psychological or educational.
